2 Peter 3:10-14

  1. The Coming of God’s Kingdom:
    1. The return of Justice and Rightness
    2. Return to the way things should be
    3. Sudden and dramatic vs. 10
  2. What should be our response? vss. 11-14
    1. Ready for this coming – looking forward to it.
      1. Expectant
      2. Repentant
    2. We will hasten the return of the Lord. vs. 11
      1. What does this mean?
  3. The Kingdom coming to a town near you.
    1. A New Year’s Resolution: Be a player in the coming Kingdom. Hasten its coming.
  4. Pray for:
    1. God’s Kingdom to come in your life and your family.
    2. God’s Kingdom to come in the life of your friends and neighbors.
    3. God’s Kingdom to come in the life of our church community.
    4. God’s Kingdom to come to His bride.
