Last Year we had our first annual Ice Cream Social Outreach. The whole point was to raise some community awareness that we are on the corner of Route 46 and 1A. What we discovered was that it was a great time to be together as a Church family eating ice cream and meeting many new folks.
This Saturday, we will try it again! We will begin at 5:00 and run to about 7:30. We will set up a table on the Vestry lawn where we will serve ice cream for 25 cents a scoop (what a deal!). The children can play, the music will sound (last year we drummed them in), and we will meet anyone who wants to enjoy cheap ice cream! Pastor Greg could use some help getting this whole enterprise organized. He also could use some people to join him for ice cream and fun!
